Noriya are intended for vertical transportation of grain and loose materials. The main advantage is the absence of crushing and minimal injury to the grain, reliability and durability, and minimal energy consumption.
The height of the elevator is formed by a set of head, shoe, passage and repair sections. The connection of all nodes of the bucket elevator is bolted. All bucket elevators are equipped with reverse stop mechanisms. The tension of the belt with buckets takes place in the shoe with the help of two tension screws. The traction body of the belt elevator is a rubber-fabric belt. Buckets made of impact-resistant food-grade plastic are installed on the belt.
The drive consists of a spur gearbox of domestic or imported production and an electric motor, or a motor-reducer of imported production. A gearbox with a hollow output shaft is dressed on the drive drum shaft and transmits rotation to it directly without a clutch. We produce bucket elevators with a capacity of 10 to 100 tons per hour.

Высота нории образуется набором головки, башмака, проходных и ремонтных секций. Соединение всех узлов нории болтовое. Все нории укомплектованы механизмами остановки обратного хода. Натяжение ленты с ковшами происходит в башмаке с помощью двух натяжных винтов. Тяговым органом ленточной нории является ремень резинотканевый. На ремне установлены ковши из ударопрочной пищевой пластмассы.
Привод состоит из цилиндрического редуктора отечественного или импортного производства и электродвигателя, или мотор-редуктора импортного производства. Редуктор с полым выходным валом одет на вал приводного барабана и передает вращение на него непосредственно без муфты. Производим нории производительностью от 10 до 100 тонн в час.
Норії призначені для вертикального транспортування зерна і сипучих матеріалів. Основна перевага - відсутність дроблення і мінімальне травмування зерна, надійність і довговічність, мінімальне енергоспоживання.
Висота норії утворюється набором головки, черевика, прохідних і ремонтних секцій. З'єднання всіх вузлів норії болтове. Все норії укомплектовані механізмами зупинки зворотного ходу. Натяг стрічки з ковшами відбувається в черевику за допомогою двох натяжних гвинтів. Тяговим органом стрічкової норії є ремінь гумотканинний. На ремені встановлені ковші з ударопрочной харчової пластмаси.
Привід складається з циліндричного редуктора вітчизняного або імпортного виробництва і електродвигуна, або мотор-редуктора імпортного виробництва. Редуктор з порожнистим вихідним валом одягнений на вал приводного барабана і передає обертання на нього безпосередньо без муфти. Виробляємо норії продуктивністю від 10 до 100 тонн на годину.
