Description
Conveyor belt:
Stacks of trays are manually placed on the conveyor belt. The stacks may be up to 50 trays high. The conveyor has a length of 5,500mm, which can accommodate 20 stacks of 50 trays.
The stacks of trays are transported to the destacker when there is demand from the destacker.
Snarenband:
Snare belt transports trays from conveyor belt to roller conveyor
On the string belt, the trays are destacked , a label is stuck , the label is pressed around the corner and stacked up
Unstacker:
The destacker is used to unstack the stacks of trays. Grippers are mounted on the lifting table of the destacker, which pull the tray to be destacked down with it.When building the destacker, a maximum tray width of 300 mm was taken into account.
Stickers are printed, glued and pressed around the corner:
Next to the string belt, there is a height-adjustable leg on both sides with a label printer and sticker on it. All labels must be made with 1 label programme. This label programme runs on a PC. there is no PC at this machine
The label is stuck on the vertical part of the tray. Empty stickers are printed using 2 high-speed printers. Can have a logo, price, barcode. Anything is possible. Example, see easygrow sticker.
The printers are sold in the state as they are now.
Stacker:
Stacker is used to stack labeled trays. The stacking height is 50. The stacker is also designed for a tray width of up to 300 mm. The formed stack is discharged to roller conveyor
Roller conveyor:
On the roller conveyor, the formed stacks are buffered. The roller conveyor is six metres long which accommodates 22 stacks of trays.
Control:
All machines are controlled from a central control cabinet. The control cabinet contains a PLC of the brand Omron.

Beschreibung
Förderband:
Die Schalenstapel werden manuell auf das Förderband gestellt. Die Stapel können bis zu 50 Tabletts hoch sein. Das Förderband hat eine Länge von 5.500 mm, die 20 Stapel von 50 Tabletts aufnehmen kann.
Die Schalenstapel werden zum Entstapler transportiert, wenn der Entstapler sie anfordert.
Das Snarenband:
Das Snarenband transportiert die Trays vom Förderband zur Rollenbahn
Auf dem Snarenband werden die Trays entstapelt, ein Etikett aufgeklebt, das Etikett um die Ecke gedrückt und aufgestapelt
Entstapler:
Der Entstapler wird zum Entstapeln der Traystapel verwendet. Auf dem Hubtisch des Entstaplers sind Greifer montiert, die das zu entstapelnde Tray mit nach unten ziehen, wobei beim Bau des Entstaplers eine maximale Traybreite von 300 mm berücksichtigt wurde.
Die Aufkleber werden um die Ecke gedruckt, geklebt und gepresst:
Neben dem Fadenband befindet sich auf beiden Seiten ein höhenverstellbarer Fuß, auf dem ein Etikettendrucker und ein Aufkleber angebracht sind. Alle Etiketten müssen mit 1 Etikettenprogramm erstellt werden. Dieses Etikettenprogramm läuft auf einem PC. Es gibt keinen PC an dieser Maschine.
Das Etikett wird auf den vertikalen Teil des Fachs geklebt. Leere Aufkleber werden mit 2 Hochgeschwindigkeitsdruckern gedruckt. Sie können ein Logo, einen Preis oder einen Strichcode haben. Alles ist möglich. Beispiel, siehe easygrow-Aufkleber.
Die Drucker werden in dem Zustand verkauft, in dem sie sich jetzt befinden.
Stapler:
Der Stapler wird zum Stapeln von etikettierten Schalen verwendet. Die Stapelhöhe beträgt 50. Der Stapler ist auch für eine Schalenbreite von bis zu 300 mm ausgelegt. Der gebildete Stapel wird auf eine Rollenbahn entladen
Rollenbahn:
Die gebildeten Stapel werden auf der Rollenbahn gepuffert. Die Rollenbahn ist sechs Meter lang und bietet Platz für 22 Stapel von Trays.
Steuerung:
Alle Maschinen werden von einem zentralen Schaltschrank aus gesteuert. Der Schaltschrank enthält eine SPS der Marke Omron.

Snarenband:
Snarenband transporteert de trays van de transportband naar rollenbaan
Op de snarenband worden de trays ontstapelt , een etiket geplakt , het etiket om de hoek gedrukt en opgestapeld
Ontstapelaar:
Met de ontstapelaar worden de stapels trays ontstapelt. Aan de heftafel van de ontstapelaar zijn grippertjes gemonteerd die de te ontstapelen tray mee naar beneden trekken.Met het bouwen van de ontstapelaar is rekening gehouden met een maximale traybreedte van 300 mm.
Stickers printen, plakken en om de hoek drukken:
Naast de snarenband staat aan beide zijde een, in hoogte verstelbare, poot met daarop een label printer en plakker. Alle labels moeten gemaakt met 1 labelprogramma. Dit label programma draait op een PC. bij deze machine is geen PC
Het etiket wordt op het verticale gedeelte van de tray geplakt. Met de label aandrukker wordt het label om de hoek geplakt.Lege stickers worden bedrukt dmv 2 high speed printers. Kan een logo, prijs, barcode op. Alles is mogelijk. Voorbeeld, zie easygrow sticker.

Alle machines worde vanuit een centrale besturingskast aangestuurd. In de besturingskast is een plc van het merk Omron aanwezig.
