De M1405 JÖRG Coil Laser 2012 Gebruikt is een zeer efficiënte machine bij het verwerken van een grote hoeveelheid dunne plaat, tot 2 mm dikte. De laser snijdt direct vanaf coil, waardoor grote lengtes in een keer gesneden kunnen worden. Deze machine is geschikt voor het snijden van staal, RVS, aluminium, zink, koper etc. Deze machine is zowel goed inzetbaar in de isolatiebranche als de HVAC, maar ook zeer geschikt voor hoogvolume productie.
Waarom Lasersnijden?
Snijden vanaf coilDe aanvoer van de plaat is efficiënt en door optimaal te nesten is er weinig materiaalverlies. Doordat de laser direct vanaf coil snijdt, worden de lengtes van de te snijden producten niet beperkt. Het snijden is een continu proces, de producten blijven met microjoints vastzitten en kunnen later gemakkelijk worden uitgebroken. Door meerdere decoilers voor de machine op te stellen in combinatie met een automatische selector kan er snel van materiaal worden gewisseld.
FiberlaserDe JÖRG-Laser wordt uitgevoerd met een IPG Fiberlaser. Het vermogen van de bron wordt afgestemd op het te snijden materiaal. De fiberlaser heeft een hoge snijsnelheid en is laag in energieverbruik. De bron is onderhoudsvrij door toepassing van de glasfiberkabel.
