Beschreibung
Die selbstausrichtenden Laufrollen der D-TLRS-Reihe passen sich automatisch
an verschiedene Werkstück-Durchmesser an.
Alle vier Achsen der Antriebseinheit sind motorisiert und sorgen für eine
fliessende Drehung und gleichmässige Gewichtsverteilung, die einer Verformung
des Werkstücks entgegen wirkt.
Daher ist diese Drehvorrichtung besonders geeignet für Werkstücke mit
geringer Wandstärke.
Die D-TLRS Behälterdrehvorrichtungen sind auf Grund der PU-Rollen geeignet
für empfindliche Bauteile, wie z.B. Edelstahlbehälter.
Jedoch sollten diese nur für Bauteile verwendet werden, die eine
Temperatur von 90 nicht übersteigen.
Für heissere Bauteile empfehlen wir unsere D-HGZ Reihe mit Gummirädern (ähnliche
Bauart wie D-TLRS-Serie).
